About ROS-ID Green

ROS-ID Total ROS is a fluorogenic, cell-permeant reagent used in kits from Enzo Life Sciences used to detect global levels of reactive oxygen species (ROS) but not superoxide species in live cells. It has an excitation peak at 490 nm and an emission peak at 525 nm. It's been validated in fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry and microplate assays.
