About Fluo-4

Fluo-4, AM a cell-permeant calcium detection reagent. Fluo-4 is the hydrolyzed reagent for microplate assays or as a standard control. It has an excitation peak at 494 nm and an emission peak at 516 nm. This reagent can be used in microplate assays, fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry.
