About YOYO-1
YOYO-1 is a fluorogenic, bis-intercalating nucleic acid stain that is impermeant to healthy cells with an intact plasma membrane. It has an excitation peak at 491 nm and an emission peak at 509 nm. This probe can be applied to flow cytometry or fluorescence microscopy.
