ActinBrite 530/555 has an excitation peak at 532 nm and an emission peak at 558 nm. Designed to preserve high phalloidin affinity for F-actin, ActinBrite™ Conjugates are novel phalloidin conjugates of fluorescent dyes, resulting in bright staining that can be imaged over a month after staining with minimal loss of signal or specificity.
