CytoLiner 492/510 has an excitation peak at 492 nm and an emission peak at 510 nm. CytoLiner Fixed Cell Membrane Dyes are novel lipophilic fluorescent dyes for selective staining of the plasma membrane in formaldehyde-fixed cells. These dyes are suitable for downstream immunofluorescence staining protocols.
