About CoraLite 555

The CoraLite dyes from Proteintech deliver high photostability with equivalent brightness and utility in flow cytometry and fluorescence microscopy to the Alexa Fluor® dyes. CoraLite 555 optimally excite at 553nm and emit at a peak of 565nm, similar in size, brightness and utility to Alexa Fluor 555 and CF555.
