About CoraLite 488

The CoraLite dyes from Proteintech deliver high photostability with equivalent brightness and utility in flow cytometry and fluorescence microscopy to the Alexa Fluor® dyes. CoraLite 488 optimally excite at 488nm and emit at a peak of 514nm, similar in size, brightness and utility to Alexa Fluor 488 and CF488A.
