BOP-JF549 has an excitation peak at 549 nm and an emission peak at 571 nm. BOP-JF549 comprises BOP conjugated to Janelia Fluor® 549. It is a dual α9β1/α4β1 integrin inhibitor, and fluorogenic (fluoresces only once bound to integrins).
