About RealYellow 610

RealYellow™610 from BD Biosciences is a spectral equivalent to BD Horizon™ PE-CF594 (BD Biosciences) and PE-Dazzle™ 594 (BioLegend) however with more discrete excitation by the 561nm laser and minimal cross-laser excitation off the 488-nm blue laser. This limited cross-beam excitation will translate to lower complexity index scores and lower spillover spreading error in high parameter spectral flow cytometry applications than PE tandem fluorophores.
