About Spark YG 581

Spark YG™ 581 from Biolegend is a fluorophore designed for spectral flow cytometry with an excitation peak at 565 nm and an emission peak at 581 nm. This fluorophore is an alternative to Alexa Fluor™ 568 and efficiently excited by the 561 nm laser with minimal cross-beam excitation by the 488 nm laser.
