About POPO-3

POPO-3 is a cell-impermeant, fluorogenic bis-intercalating nucleic acid stain. POPO-3 has an excitation peak at 534 nm and an emission peak at 570 nm. It is commonly used as a dead and apoptotic cell stain in the following applications: Fluorescence Microscopy, Fluorescence Microscopy, Nucleic Acid Staining.
