CytoLiner 680/710 has an excitation peak at 682 nm and an emission peak at 707 nm. CytoLiner Fixed Cell Membrane Dyes are novel lipophilic fluorescent dyes for selective staining of the plasma membrane in formaldehyde-fixed cells. These dyes are suitable for downstream immunofluorescence staining protocols.
